Projects
Tesseract is not just about keeping up to date with what is happening in the world of humanitarian design, we want to be contributing something to it and engaging people, even while we are still students. Here are some links to what’s been happening recently…
+Anusaran School and Women’s Shelter
+Facing the Floods
+Competitions
+Build Our Nation
We began a year ago with a project for a small local charity in Delhi called Anusaran, where 6 architecture students had the opportunity to design a new school and women’s centre for an impoverished community. Since then we have encouraged more and more students to take an interest and other exciting projects have begun to grow- from a challenging and thought provoking competition series to a series of international workshops to design a women’s community centre in the Democratic republic of Congo.
As we continue to grow we hope that we will be able to start and collaborate in many more projects, and if you have an idea for something which you think might be possible for us to do then get in touch!
